Bryant + Stacy Group purchased and redeveloped a 27,474 sq ft office building at 3425 Cliff Shadows Parkway in Las Vegas, Nevada. The two story building on a two acre tract reopened as a medical office building at the end of the second quarter in 2022. A large family practice occupies the second floor with complementary labs, practices and diagnostic facilities soon occupying the first floor.
