The FedEx Ground building is a build-to-suit facility near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Highway 90 in southwest Houston. This 303,335 square foot state-of-the-art facility was developed as a joint venture with 4M Investments and is the 18th project developed and leased to the FedEx Corporation by Bryant + Stacy Group. The project was a finalist for a 2017 Landmark Award given annually by the Houston Business Journal to recognize the city's most significant real estate projects.
