Bryant + Stacy Group recognized the path of Houston industrial growth was moving west and was able to locate and control this dynamic property bounded by I-10 to the south, U.S. Highway 90 to the north, and Woods Road to the east. We realized the extraordinary potential it held for industrial users needing very large footprints and envisioned the overall master plan for the site, initiating all design and engineering work needed to convert this former rice field into a 300-acre industrial park that can eventually accommodate approximately 4.5 million square feet of buildings. The project has since been renamed Empire West Business Park and is being developed by Stream Realty. All infrastructure is currently being installed and the first speculative project is under construction and will total over one million square feet in three buildings.
